Want to have something healthy on Shravan Mondays? Make this cheela or pancake made using singhara flour which packs in energy and nutrition. Here is the recipe.
In a bowl, mix both the flours, bottle gourd and salt. Mix well and make a smooth batter using water.
Keep this aside for 15 -30 minutes.
Now heat the greased tava and spread the batter making thin pancakes.
Cook from both the sides and serve hot.
