Shilpa Shetty Kundra has yet again come up with a fitness video for her followers on Monday. Mostly focused on yoga, strength training, and functional workouts, the actress began the week with a bang by posting a video of an exciting Monday motivation workout on her Instagram handle.
In the video, Shilpa revealed how she does high-energy cardio workout using a simple stepper -"hop, drop and never stop!"
In an interview, the actress had stated that according to her exercise is not only about losing weight, but also about having fun and maintaining balance between body and mind. Her recent exercise is a testament that even when exercising at home, you can have fun, challenge, and still be very effective.
