Anjaneyasana or low lunge is great to tone your butt, inner thighs, hips, quadriceps, and glutes. It also tones and strengthens the muscles of your shoulders and increases the circulation of blood to your heart and helps in digestion. The low lunge also helps relieve sciatica pain (lower back pain). Here is another yoga pose to tone your hips and buttocks.
