The star has introduced her famous signature steps from songs like Tamma Tamma Loge and Chane Ke Khet Mein to make the workout interesting. The regime assures a great workout helping you tone the entire body. Her gracious moves can get your heart rate go up whilst you build stamina. The moves in this workout will engage the muscles of your hips, shoulders, legs, chest and glutes helping you tone them. This dance form can also help you get rid of the dreaded love handles while helping you tone your back and abdominal muscles. The fast and fiery steps of Aaja Nachle can especially help tone your obliques and help cut down the fat on the sides of your abdominals. Best of all, it will strengthen your muscles and provide you with a full cardio as well as aerobic workout while you have fun dancing.
