Who does not enjoy the flavourful fruit juices? However, if you if you are watching your weight, you need to ensure that your juicing habits do not lead to a significant calorie intake. Low in fat, fruit juices are high in sugar that can increase the risk of diabetes. It is true that fruit juices contain a healthful amount of vitamins and minerals but are you getting those nutrients at a high-calorie cost? To give you an insight, here are the calorie counts of fruit juices.

  • Lemon juice: 1 glass = 53.7 cal
  • Pineapple juice: 1 glass = 73.8 cal
