Here's a list of stars who went through rigorous training to achieve those super-fit bodies:

- Angelina Jolie: You don't get the tomb-raiding, ass-kicking, looks-could-kill Angelina Jolie body with just a few hours at the gym every week. Jolie works out with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson. Gunnar Peterson puts Angelina Jolie through his tried-and-true method of circuit training and aerobic exercise. Angelina Jolie's weight loss also comes from a low calorie, portion controlled diet. Strictly cutting out junk food and other empty calories, Jolie indulges in 6, instead of 3 meals everyday. - Ryan Reynolds: At a mind-boggling proportion of 3% body fat, one can only imagine the intensity of the fitness regimen Reynolds undergoes. Ryan is known to be a lover of high-action, fast-paced, superhero roles. Having proved his mettle in Blade: Trinity, Green Lantern and X Men: Origins, his trainer ensures his physique embodies the characters he plays in each film. Reynolds eats every 2 to 3 hours to prevent the body from storing fat and his strictly against giving up carbs. Also, a wide variety of nutritional supplements help him tone his muscles as needed. Along with physical exercise, he believes mental indulgence in the work-out is a major factor, "If you hate your workout, you're not going to do it," he signs off. - Jessica Alba: Celebrity Trainer Ramona Braganza describes Alba's workout as, '3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone ' diet. The diet involves three meals, two snacks and one litre of water per day. Alba has admitted to having a muffin top and cellulite (something we find very hard to believe. - Miranda Lambert: She has been completely unapologetic for her full figure but, the country crooner dropped a few pounds by controlling portions. She said she tried cutting everything in half. To stay fit on the road, Lambert now takes her trainer on tour with her. She does cardio, a lot of circuit training and more.

- Trisha Yearwood: The singer took Zumba classes at least three times a week to lose weight. She admitted that since her butt and waist reduced in size, she liked seeing that in the mirror. She also said she has designed her own diet chart that's low-fat, low-sugar 90 percent of the time. More than a diet, she saw it as a lifestyle choice. She advises women to set small, realistic goals and indulge in cravings once in a while.

- Christina Aguilera: She took a break from "The Voice" TV show as a judge. It certainly seemed to have helped as months later she displayed a great figure. It is said she tried new types of foods and explored new methods of exercise. Not for diet or weight, but more for her mind and well being and overall sense of good health. - Sylvester Stallone: Even at 67, Stallone has a well-oiled machine for a body. His body fat level ranges from 4% to 7% and he continues to trains like he's decades younger. "I follow a high-protein diet: Anything with a face, that's what I eat, with something green next to it," is how Stallone describes his diet.
