Hitting the gym

gymThough several new forms have come up, you stick to the tried-and-tested formula i.e. the gym. You prefer running on the treadmill than in the open and love the adrenaline rush when lifting weights or using the machines. Even the loud (read bad) music or smell of sweat cannot let your determination waver to get up in the morning and hit the gym, consistently.
