Ingredients:

  • Freshly grated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Ghee Tsp
  • Cardamoms 1, powdered in a mortar-pestle
  • Condensed milk tbsp
  • Green tea Leaf, powdered 1 tsp
  • Oats tbsp (for binding)

Method of Preparation:

Heat the ghee in a pan, add coconut and roast for 5 minutes until you get a roasted aroma. Add green tea powder, cardamom powder and the condensed milk. Cook on a low to medium heat until the mixture begins to thicken and starts to leave the sides of the pan. Oats make a great binding agent and do not alter the taste of the ladoo.
