Sweet and colourful delights called ladoo is exactly how we define pure love. It can be made with different ingredients and in fact, every Indian region has a variety of its own. But did you try recreating laddoo with green tea? It can be the best way to add a healthy twist to your laddoos. They will not add any extra inch to your waistline. Here's a yummy laddoo recipe from dietitian Dhrishti Bijlani, founder Flab-you- less, with the wholesome coconut to satiate your taste buds. You can also try making these 5 quick and healthy laddoos.
Method of Preparation:
Heat the ghee in a pan, add coconut and roast for 5 minutes until you get a roasted aroma. Add green tea powder, cardamom powder and the condensed milk. Cook on a low to medium heat until the mixture begins to thicken and starts to leave the sides of the pan. Oats make a great binding agent and do not alter the taste of the ladoo. Transfer the mixture to a flat plate and allow it to cool. Once cool, roll the ladoo mixture and shape them into round balls and enjoy.
