Heat the ghee in a pan, add coconut and roast for 5 minutes until you get a roasted aroma. Add green tea powder, cardamom powder and the condensed milk. Cook on a low to medium heat until the mixture begins to thicken and starts to leave the sides of the pan. Oats make a great binding agent and do not alter the taste of the ladoo. Transfer the mixture to a flat plate and allow it to cool. Once cool, roll the ladoo mixture and shape them into round balls and enjoy.
