Giving an interesting twist to the regular Maharashtrian thalipeeth, this is made with a combination of rajgira flour and grated potatoes. Serve it with green chutney and fresh curds for a light and healthy meal.

Ingredients
1/2 cup rajgira flour
1/4 cup peeled and grated raw potatoes
2 tbsp roasted peanut powder
rock salt (sendha namak) to taste
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp green chilli paste
ghee for greasing and cooking
For Serving
Green chutney
Fresh curds (dahi)
