Milind Soman fitness routine: While it is advisable to exercise every day -- be it going to the gym, playing a sport, running, or simply doing yoga -- sometimes certain constraints may prevent a person from working out. But, even then, one must make it a point to bring in some kind of movement and rhythm to their routine. Take a cue from actor and model Milind Soman. The fitness enthusiast always makes it a point to squeeze in an exercise or two, no matter which part of the world he finds himself in, the prevailing weather conditions, the time of the day, etc. This is how the 58-year-old has managed to stay fit and in shape all these years.
Recently, however, he highlighted a crucial point of physical fitness. While one must push themselves to work out every day, it is also important to listen to the body and take it slow. On some days, you may not feel like doing anything strenuous -- you likely feel a little lazy. Soman took it slow by working out in a forest, wherein he did not push his body's limits but still managed to do some slow pull-ups. Take a look.

"And one slow one for today in my favourite forest. Do whatever you can do! Don't think about what you can't! #KeepMoving," he captioned the video.
Similarly, some days prior, Soman posted another video in which he once again demonstrated pull-ups in a park. The fitness influencer wrote that he managed to do only 15 of them. "Wanted to do more, but couldn't. Does it matter? No. My way is, do whatever you can, 15 is better than none. #KeepMoving #StayHappy," he advised his followers.
