Milind Soman fitness goals: This would not be the first time that Milind Soman has found himself in difficult terrain, but the actor and model has consistently shown that with a little amount of discipline and consistency one can meet their fitness goals regardless of the weather. The 58-year-old has worked out in deserts, run in the rain, and challenged himself in the snow. This time, he managed to do push-ups in the windy English countryside. Interestingly, the fitness enthusiast posted a video on Instagram recently, in which he was seen performing clap push-ups while hiking Scafell Pike, which is the highest peak in England. Soman was accompanied by his wife Ankita Konwar, who is also heavily into fitness and loves to participate in marathons and do yoga. The hike trail looked beautiful, and though it was not very steep, the actor did have difficulty in talking -- as evident in the video -- because of the wind. "The wind at the top was an experience, if you watch the video and can't hear, I am basically saying it's very cold and windy," he mentioned in the caption.

At the peak, he was met with cold winds and mist. While it is recommended to work out in nature to boost the body's strength and immunity, it is also important to wear appropriate wind-shielding clothes and accessories to avoid falling sick.

As far as the mid-hike workout session was concerned, trust Soman to make the best use of resources so as to squeeze in a quick exercise without losing a sweat.

"Stopped for a few minutes halfway down Scafell Pike in the north of England to do some clapping push-ups, the air was so fresh," he wrote next to the video of himself working out. "Always good to take a break. Beautiful hike, not too strenuous, even though it's the [third] highest peak in the UK..." he added.
