Among the whirlpool of such stories is that of Jim Arrington from the United States of America, who is a total gym freak, Having spent decades on his body in order to sculpt it and make it look absolutely unreal, the man has made a Guinness World Record by becoming the oldest bodybuilder in the world, who is still going strong in his 90s.

At the age of 92 years, Arrington loves to flaunt his body. According to the Guinness World Records website, the retired sales professional and a great-grandfather first entered the record books as the 'world's oldest bodybuilder' at the age of 83, in 2015. He continues to be strong and has gone on to win many bodybuilding competitions in the last decade. Born on September 1, 1932, Arrington was bullied a lot in school. It motivated him to take up fitness activities.

Interestingly, according to the Guinness website, Arrington was born one-and-a-half-months prematurely, weighing 2.5 kg. His parents "struggled and struggled" to save him. He was also asthmatic and a "very unhealthy" child, who fell sick frequently. In 1947, at the age of 15, he decided that he would lift weights. There was no looking back since. In his own words, he "wanted to be a superhero".
