Know your exercises: Cable crossover or cable flyes

While the dumbbell flyes are a great way to work your pecs, another good variation is the cable crossover or the cable flyes. The exercise is done with a cable-pulley machine and not only helps guys get better definition, but will also help the ladies add some muscle and keep their breasts from sagging. Here's how you do the exercise:
Step 1: Place the pulley on a high position, select the appropriate weight and hold the pulley in each hand. Step 2 Step forward with a slight bend in your elbows and put your arms in front of you. This will be your starting position. Step 3: Now extend your arms to the side, in a wide arc without moving your torso or arms. The only movement should occur in the shoulder joint. Step 4: Now return to the starting position and hold for a second. This is one rep. Repeat for desired number of reps.
