The dumbbell front raise is another great isolation movement for your shoulders. Here's how you should do it:
Step 1: Stand straight with a dumbbell in each hand. Keep the dumbbells in front of your thighs with the palms facing inwards. This is your starting position.
Step 2: Keeping your torso stationary, raise the right dumbbell with a slight bend in the elbow. Continue till your arms are parallel to the floor. Pause for a second at the top and return to your starting position.
Step 3: Do the same with your left arm. This will constitute one rep. Do as many reps as you want.
Tips: This exercise can also be done while using both arms at the same time. Make sure you don't jerk your upper body while doing these exercises.
