Amla candy

This is for people who just cannot eat it raw. Amla candies come in sweet and salty variants. Basically, little bits of the fruit are coated with a sweet or salty layer. Even though it has amla, don't eat too much of it because you are also eating other things that come with the candy. You may want to consult your doctor or dietician before eating this.

Amla chutney

Making a paste or chutney of this is also a good way to include it in your diet. You can have it with a lot of things such as with roti, paratha, in your sandwich, etc. Also, chutney can be kept in the fridge and stored for a long time. It is best to make it at home so that there aren't any artificial preservatives in it.
