Everyone loves weights (or should), sometimes they're just not available and that's where bodyweight exercises come in handy. That's why we have exercises like the push-up, plank, squats, etc. but how about one but if you want one that combines all of them? The burpee is a bodyweight exercise that literally combines the squat, the push-up and the plank.
Here's how you do it:
Keeping your feet shoulder-width apart, squat down to your hands on the ground, kick your legs back into the starting position of a push-up (or a straight arm plank), do a push-up, bring your legs forward again and then jump as high as you can while keeping your arms vertical.
Tips: In the beginning it might be tough, so try and do as many reps as feasible before you reach failure. Try and get to a level where you can do at least 3 sets of 15 reps each.
