Toast and butter or jam is probably the most popular breakfast. But is it a right choice when you are trying to keep fit and shed some pounds? Bread spreads are stocked in homes as they are a quick and easy snack too. Just pick up a slice and spread some chocolate-spread or cheese on it and you are good to go.
