How do you know you have a slow metabolism?

Althea Shah, fitness expert and VP marketing, Gold s Gym India, shares warning signs that you have a slow metabolism. And if you think you have one of these signs, follow these tips to boost your metabolism.

You just don't feel hungry: If you don t feel hungry in the morning and can go without eating anything till the lunch time, you have a slow metabolism. If you are awake and alert, you should not go four hours without feeling hungry.

You often suffer from aches and pains: Do you often experience muscle aches and pains? This could mean that you have a sluggish thyroid gland that is causing the aches and pains. When you have a dip in the functioning of thyroid glands, your metabolism is automatically affected. So instead of ignoring those aches and pains, do something to bolster your metabolism.
