I am a 24-year-old man, and have been working out for the last four months. I want to have six-pack abs like Hrithik Roshan. What exercises should I do to get it? Just like Rome wasn’t built in a day, you will have to stay dedicated for a long time in order to get results. Hrithik worked extremely hard for his body. It’s not just doing a bunch of exercises but also eating the right foods and you’ll have to do the same if you wish to emulate him. First and foremost, you’ve to believe that it’s feasible to get a fit body. The truth is that Hrithik did take help from fitness guru Kris Gethin who has pioneered the Dramatic Transformation Principle (DTP) that not only transforms your abs but every part of your body in just 12 weeks. He also had Marika Johannson’s help who helped him with his diet. But that does not mean, you can’t get fit without them.

Exercising and eating right will help you lose the body fat surrounding your abs. Exercises like abdominal crunches, plank, leg raises, etc. are some good exercises that you can try at your home but remember without some cardio to burn the fat all these exercise will be useless.

Also, your body is more than just your abs and it is advisable that you follow a holistic fitness regime along with these exercises and it’s practically impossible to just get flat abs while the rest of your body is unfit. Eating right is as important as working out and you have to burn more calories than you eat. This requires discipline, as after a week of hard work if you take it easy with your diet, and eat like a king then so much of your hard work is undone. However, it doesn t mean that you have to eat only bland food. Here are some tasty recipes for weight loss that you can try. Drinking less water can make your abs look more ripped and it was something that Aamir Khan had done while shooting for Ghajini. However, this is not healthy. Another thing that is very important is to stay inspired. Almost everybody wants nice abs, but what they can t stand is the long road that one is required to take in order to get there. Watch documentaries based on athletes and see how huge a role their fitness has played in their success. A momentary burst of inspiration isn t enough. As retired basketball player Jerry West said: ‘You can’t get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good.’
