Nori sheets(Nori is a type of edible seaweed, traditionally cultivated in Japan. It is dried up and formed into thin sheets, primarily used as the base of sushi rolls. You may easily get it online or supermarket)
Method:
Take the boiled rice and add vinegar mixture till it starts to look sticky. Make sure it is hot, so that mixes better. Mix it well and keep it aside.
Lay the nori sheet, add a layer of rice and flatten it. Make sure not to spread it till the edges and keep some gap on the top and bottom of the nori sheets. Otherwise, while you roll the sushi, you might end up spilling rice from all sides.
Place the diced vegetables in the middle.
Start rolling the sushi from one end and go till the other end.
Dab some water to the other end do that the roll doesn't open up. Press it well while rolling.
Once formed into a roll take a wet knife and start cutting into 1.5-inch slices and serve. Make sure before each time you cut the knife is dabbed with water otherwise the rice will stick to the knife, and it will be a mess.
