A detox diet may sound like the best idea to lose weight or to undo all the side effects of months of binge eating. You never fail to follow all the diet pages on Instagram. But can jumping on a detox diet be a good idea. Here s all you need to know from nutritionist Urvashi Sawhney before following a detox diet.

The bottom line You do not have to go on a detox diet for something very remarkable to happen you your body. Just cutting down on junk and eating more vegetables, proteins and whole grains can do the trick. Also, drink lots of water and eliminate the sugar from your diet.
