Ingredients 2/3 cup peanut butter4 Tbsp soya sauce2 cloves garlic minced1 green onion chopped2 Tbsp sesame oil1 tsp raw red chilis1/2 lb linguine2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds for garnish Method • In a saucepan combine the peanut butter soya sauce garlic and green onion and mix well. Add the sesame oil and cayenne pepper. Heat slowly whisking until smooth. Set aside.• Cook the linguine according to the package directions. Drain. Place in a large bowl. Add the peanut sauce and toss to coat.
