Aamras- editedAmras is a dish made of the pulp of ripe mangoes is a favourite amongst Maharastrians and Gujratis. This wonderful dish can be eaten as a dessert or with hot poories. Here is a simple and healthy recipe :

Ingredients

1/2 tin condensed milk

3 mangoes

1 cup milk

Method

Peel mangoes and remove the pulp.

Mash the pulp well with the hand or blend coarsely.

Add condensed milk and cold milk. chill.

Serve well chilled.
