Health-o-meter: Egg stuffed paratha is a great combination of healthy carbohydrates coming from wheat flour and protein coming from egg. Such a combination will keep you full for longer periods of time and can also delay hunger pangs. Carbohydrates provide us energy and protein provides strength to the muscle and thus prevents muscle weakness and tiredness which is otherwise common during fast. Note: Individuals who are on a low fat diet can remove the egg yolk and can prepare stuffing with egg whites also. If you are looking for a quicker breakfast recipe, try the yoghurt-muesli mix.
