Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • Banana- 2
  • Oats- 1/2 cup
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Almonds- 4-5
  • Honey- 2 teaspoons

Method of preparation-

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixer jar and blend them well until smooth.
  • Pour equal quantities in 2 glasses and serve.

This is a very easy recipe which does not require cooking at all. People who do not like oatmeal can opt for this recipe as all the ingredients in both the recipes are same.

Paneer roll

Serves- 2 .

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour- 50 grams or half cup
  • Paneer- 50 grams Onion(chopped)- 1/2 small
  • Green chili (chopped)- 1
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili powder- 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Oil- 1 tablespoon

Method of preparation-

  • Knead the flour and divide it into 2 equal portions.
  • Make thin chapatis out of it.
  • Now for the filling, heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, green chili and ginger garlic paste to it.
  • When the onion turns translucent, add red chili powder, pepper powder and salt to it. Mix well.
  • Add grated paneer to it and mix well.
  • Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Fill this paneer mixture inside the chapati and roll it. Serve it with tomato chutney or coriander chutney.
