A veg frankie or wrap is one of the easiest recipes to make and comes handy when you are pressed for time and very hungry, or you want to make something quick for your kid's lunch box! It is even more convenient because you can make it with leftover chapatis and sabzi.

Ingredients:

1. Leftover/fresh chapati

2. Leftover sabzi (anything that is available)--1 tablespoon

3. Tomato- 1

4. Onion-1

5. Green capsicum--1

6. Egg--1, beaten (optional)

7. Green chutney--1 teaspoon

8. Oil--as required

Procedure:

1. Heat some oil in the pan. Once the oil is hot, place the chapati on it and heat for a few more seconds on a low flame.

2. Add some salt to the egg and beat well. Spread the egg on the chapati, cover the pan and cook until the egg is half done. Then flip the chapati and cook the egg completely. You can skip the egg if you are a vegetarian.

3. Flip it again so that the chapati side is on the pan. Spread the chutney on the egg.

4. Spread the sabzi over it and top it with chopped tomatoes, onions and capsicum.

5. Fold the edges of the chapati into a roll and cover the pan and cook for a two more minutes.

6. You can eat the frankie with a nutritious green chutney dip.

The best part about this recipe is that you can use whatever leftover food you have at home and make it. Instead of the sabzi if you have leftover fried chicken you can use it too.
