After spending weeks and weeks eating healthy and nutritious, this dessert will fit right in with your healthy meal plan.
Made using oats, jaggery and fresh coconut, this is an energy powerhouse that will not only be a sweet end to your meal but will also load you up with lots of fiber. The best thing about the recipe is that it requires only six ingredients and is very quick to make. To make it even better, you can sprinkle some dark chocolate sprinkles and you have an amazing dessert ready.
In the same pan, add jaggery and water and cook on slow flame till jaggery melts.
Add the oats and cook till you see strings in the mixture.
Quickly add cardamom powder, ghee, oats and mix well.
Spread on a greased thali and cut into squares.
Let it cool.
