Here is a tea time snack to please you. Prepared with wheat flour and bottle gourd it can be an excellent option for diabetics. The spices added to this dish benefits the digestive system. Plus, it contains only 125 calories so it is ideal if you are on a weight loss diet.

Ingredients:

  • 30g wheat flour
  • 5 g rava
  • 50 g doodhi (grated)
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • tsp oil
  • Cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste

  • Mix wheat flour and rava.
  • Now add doodhi, red chilli powder, amchur powder and salt.
  • Make a dough with these ingredients without water.
  • Make them as small balls and steam them.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Add the balls and saute on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes till they turn light brown in colour.
  • Serve hot.
