Looking for a way to cut down on your consumption of fizzy drinks and beverages that are loaded with sugar? Replace them with this oh so nutritious smoothie. Smoothies are a great addition to your daily consumption of fruits and vegetables. They contain the goodness of fibre, vitamins, minerals and are a great way to hydrate. Smoothies help you detoxify and cleanse your system, keep your skin radiant, aid in digestion and help lose those extra oodles. Here is a cool smoothie made of apple, cucumber and some more healthy ingredients.

Step 1: In a blender, add chopped cucumber, apple, pomegranate, celery and lemon juice. Add some ice cubes and blend it all together.
Step 2: Add the chia seeds and serve!
