For marination

  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies (crushed) 4
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves - few
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Method

  • Add the marinade to the chicken.
  • Keep aside for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Add the chicken with the marinade.
  • Stir fry for 5 minutes.
  • Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes till chicken is done.
  • Stir fry again for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
