Healthy Ramadan Recipe: Curd and paneer cutlets

Health benefits of paneer

Ingredients

  • Hung curd - 100 grams
  • Crumbled paneer 100g
  • Besan (thick variety) 3 to 5 tbsp (depends on the water content in curd)
  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped ) - 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies (finely chopped ) - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - tsp
  • Chilli powder - tsp
  • Oil 1tsp
  • Salt

Method

  • Stir fry onions till brown in a non-stick pan, using tsp oil.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions.
  • Shape each portion into a cutlet.
  • Heat non-stick pan.
  • Spread tsp oil on it.
  • Place the cutlets in it and fry on low flame.
  • Flip over to the other side and fry.
