  • 1 whole iceberg lettuce
  • 5-6 strawberries
  • 15-20 roasted pine nuts (can be replaced with roasted almond flakes)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste


  • Julienne strawberries and marinate for half hour with sugar and a pinch of salt. Drain any excess fluid.
  • Wash whole lettuce and let it dry. Once dry, tear lettuce leaves in small bites
