Khichia papad is another light and healthy snack to munch on. It is made using rice flour, green chillies and cumin seeds and can be roasted or fried depending on how you like it. But if you are on a diet, chef Sanjeev suggests dry roasting it. Toppings like chutney, chat masala, etc are added on the papad to make it more tasty. Here is the recipe.
Ingredients
8 khichia papad
4 tablespoons green chutney
2 tablespoons red chilli garlic chutney
2 tablespoons chaat masala
4-5 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
Table spread with omega-3
