Do you enjoy biting into a lotte choco pie once in a while? Kids love it and they are a regular in most kids snack boxes. But you are certainly aware that they are loaded with calories. While you will want to control the cravings, kids may not be able to.
When I was making Diwali sweets this year, I came across many recipes using dates. I was bored of the usual anjeer or khajoor rolls. So I decided to bring in a twist. My mom used to make a no-bake cake from digestive biscuits and homemade white butter when we were kids and we would absolutely love it. I incorporated that idea in my date and crackers cubes. Dates are super foods and should be a part of your diet regularly.
A dessert that involves dates, has no added sugar and is quick to make is certainly a treat for most dessert lovers who are health conscious too. So here s the recipe for date and cracker cubes:
