Also, it is a general perception that healthy food, or food made without oil, butter, sugar or lots of grease is not tasty. It can be a little difficult to party and go out with friends and have a good time if you are watching your diet. However, what you can do is throw a party and offer healthy foods. Organic cacao powder -- 3/4 cup

Wholewheat flour -- 1 cup

Honey-- half cup (or as per taste)

Avocado -- 1/2 cup, mashed

Coconut oil -- 1 tbsp

Eggs -- 2

Baking powder -- 1/2 tsp.

Baking soda -- a pinch

Salt -- a pinch


  • Heat your oven at 180 degrees celsius. Grease and line an 8x8 inch baking tray.
  • Beat the eggs well till lightly fluffy. Add in the mashed avocado and mix well. Also, add the coconut oil and mix.
  • Now mix all the dry ingredients till well incorporated. You can also pass everything through a sieve so that it mixes well.
  • Now add the egg mix to the dry ingredients. Add honey by spoonfuls and keep mixing. You can increase or reduce the quantity of honey based on your taste.
  • Lightly pour in the baking tray, and tap it to pop all the air bubbles.
  • Bake it for 30-35 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Optional -- You can add toppings like walnuts, slivered almonds, choco-chips, etc. of you like.
