Milk, wheat flakes, porridge is easy to cook but don t you end up craving for something salty within an hour of eating these? Yogurt is an ideal breakfast ingredient for summer. Fresh fruits and crunchy muesli make you feel light yet full till afternoon. Since there is no overpowering sweetness added, you do not crave for anything salty. It is the most preferred breakfast option at my home since summer has kicked in, and we are not bored yet!
