Low fat milk 2 tbsp

Low fat cottage cheese (paneer) grated 3/4 cup

Celery chopped 2 tbsp

Carrots chopped 1/4 cup

Capsicum chopped 1/4 cup

Spring onion greens chopped 2 tbsp

Tomatoes chopped 2 tbsp

Cucumber chopped 1/4 cup

Parsley chopped 1 tbsp

Salt to taste
