How to get a flat belly like Shilpa Shetty: There are many workouts that can reduce belly fat and give you toned and flat abdominal muscles. Though Shilpa Shetty engages in many exercises -- both in the gym and at home, where she mostly does yoga -- there is one exercise in particular that she likes, as it challenges her and also yields desirable results. Sharing the secret behind her flat stomach, the actor took to Instagram to demonstrate in a video how she is able to say goodbye to belly fat and improve her core strength. In the video, which is a part of her 'Monday Motivation' series, the 49-year-old performed a Bosu ball workout, writing in the caption that Mondays are for 'balance'. "A Bosu ball workout targets your core and stabilising muscles, improving balance, strength, and coordination. It challenges your body on an unstable surface, activating multiple muscle groups, enhancing functional fitness, and reducing injury risks, while building overall stability and strength," the actor mentioned. In the video, Shilpa was seen having a laugh, while struggling to maintain her balance on the Bosu ball, which is a hemisphere. One has to stand on the flat side of the ball, while keeping the spherical and wobbly end on the floor. To make it a little more challenging, the mother-of-two carried a weighted dumbbell in her stretched arm while maintaining her balance on the ball.
