If you haven t tried it yet, you are missing out on a very important exercise. It works on your deltoids and upper shoulders. It also targets the triceps brachii, supraspinatus, trapezius and lateral deltoids. The wide range of motions lead to a good amount of stretch for the shoulder muscles, which very few shoulder exercises can help you achieve.
