It's always a good idea to add fun elements to your weight training regime and if you've gotten slightly bored with barbells, dumbbells and machines, maybe it's time you give kettlebells a try. Developed in Russia, this nifty gym equipment has become really popular. So if you're new to this piece of equipment, you can start off with the most basic of moves the kettlebell clean. How to do:
Step 1: The bell is kept between your legs. You bend down and insert your palm into the handle and get ready to lift it similar to the one-arm swing.
Step 2: Pick up the bell while keeping it close to your body with your palm holding the bell's handle at a 45 degree angle. This position is called the rack.
