Celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, who trains Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif and more often shares some tips and exercises to get in shape. She recently took to her Instagram to share an easy 5-minute leg burn workout. So, for those who are looking for exercises that can help them get toned legs, this is it!

Leg Workout Shared By Yasmin Karachiwala

Taking to her Instagram, Karachiwala captioned the post, No gym? No time? NO PROBLEM! I know how frustrating it can be when you only have a short period of time to work out. This month, I'm sharing with you my secret of a high intensity targeted workout that is not only fast but burns and provides results."

Before you begin the workout, here are some guidelines shared by Karachiwala, "Do each exercise for a full minute and voil you'll feel a burn in your legs in one round. If you have more time, repeat it for 2 or 3 rounds."

A Modified Version

The fitness trainer also shared a modified version of each exercise for those who find the original version too difficult to do.

1. Reverse Lunge + Arabesque

M: Alt Reverse Lunge

2. Side Lunge with Figure 8

M: Side to Side Squat

3. Squat + Ankle Tap in Standing

M: Ankle Taps

4. Figure 4 Bridge (30 secs each side)

5. Decline Knee Drive (30 secs each side)
