One of the biggest complaints during summer is dehydration, heat stroke and lethargy because of the rising mercury and humidity levels. You need to ensure that your body is adequately hydrated and instead of only forcing yourself to drink a lot of water, you can work smart and add foods that have high water content.

Morning: If you ve been suffering from constipation and acidity, start your day with a smoothie to enable smoother bowel movements.
