Fitness Plan Day 96: Start your day with 15 minutes of deep breathing

Start your days by doing something different every day. Who loves to lead a monotonous and boring life, right? You can either start your day by dancing or hugs or a smile, whichever suits you the best. Without giving up on your favourite foods, try adding healthy alternatives to your food. Here's your fitness plan day 96!

Morning: Today's new thing of the day is deep breathing. It might not be that new to you but it should be the first thing you do in the morning. Practice deep breathing exercises for 15 minutes and you will feel fresh, stress-free and strong.

Breakfast: As I said earlier, do not give up on your favourite food. Just make it healthy and it will still be delicious. Make yourself a protein rich multigrain chicken, apple sandwich for breakfast. It's easy to make, quick and healthy.

Lunch: Shifting to brown rice from white rice? A good option! Try chickpea and herb brown rice for lunch. We bet you'll love it!

Snacks: It's mango season and we don't want to deprive you of having mangoes. Make this delicious raw mango salad for snacks and pack it for work.

Dinner: Fancy dinner time! Make yourself some healthy spring pea pasta with ricotta and herbs to enjoy a fancy dinner.

Exercises

Home: Back from the run? Try this cool stretch to feel relaxed, energised and strong.

Yoga: The Anjaneyasana or a low lunge, is an ideal yoga pose to shape your butt and one of the best asanas to over the summer.

Sleep: Have a glass of milk before you go to sleep. If you have trouble sleeping, try some snooze foods that can help you fall asleep.
