Start your day with a morning walk with your dog. And then with a stomach-filling breakfast and lunch, followed by healthy snacking like drinking buttermilk to keep you hydrated all day long, have a light dinner. But don t forget that exercising is the key to stay fit. And what could be better than skipping or practising apanasana at home? If you need something more, then kickboxing is what you need. And before you hit the sack, do not sip coffee. This is what day 90 has in store for you.

Morning: Instead of going for a morning walk alone, take your dog along. Involving your pet in your fitness routine not only makes exercising fun and interesting, but will also help you to burn all those calories without even realising it. Moreover, exercising with your dog or simply playing with it or running along will not only help you start your day on a healthy note but also aid your weight loss goal.

Breakfast: It is important to pack a protein punch in your morning breakfast to keep you going till lunch.
