Fitness Plan Day 89: Start your day by dancing to your favourite Bollywood numbers

Since every day is a new day, start every day doing something that will keep you energetic throughout the day. People at work will wonder how you stay so upbeat and fit all the time. If they ask you, you better tell them about us! If you're happy, everybody around you will be happy. How? It's because of the positive vibes that you give out. so here's what you need to do on your fitness plan day 89.

Morning: Put on your favourite Bollywood dance numbers and begin your dance workout. Zumba, belly dance, whichever form of dance you love the most! These dance workouts will help you lose weight and start your day energetically.

Breakfast: Time for some delicious breakfast! Ran out of eggs and feel like having bhurji? Try making bread bhurji for breakfast today. It is rich in calcium and delicious.

Gym: Time to work on the upper body! If you haven't tried tried TRX training yet, it's high time you do it. It's a better way of doing cardio, improves your stamina and builds your core.

Sleep: Nothing works better than a cool shower to make you fall asleep quickly! You can also add essential oils or bath salts, candles and music in your bath for a soothing effect.
