Once you ve dedicated your time and efforts towards losing weight consistently, your life changes for the better. Morning: Now that you ve gotten used to a more active lifestyle, you can take up other forms of exercise to continue your path to the fitter lifestyle. You can wake up at least an hour earlier than usual after joining a morning swimming class. Swimming is a great way of losing weight and is also therapeutic. Snacks: If you re in the mood of eating something delicious that is packed with flavour, you need not break your diet and eat something high in calories that you ll regret indulging in later on.
