Breakfast Ditch the usual tomato base pizzas and try a healthy and delicious whole wheat egg pizza. It s a quick recipe even though the name sounds elaborate and will definitely leave you feeling happy and full.
Lunch Summer has set in and the usual roti and vegetable may seem boring to eat and prepare. Cook some hara masala brown rice pulao today. It is easy to carry it in your lunch box. Wash it down with a glass of buttermilk which has numerous health advantages.

Before sleeping When you lie in bed today, place two slices of cucumber on your eyes and relax for 7-8 minutes. The cooling effect of cucumbers will calm your eyes and give you a peaceful sleep. This trick will also help you get rid of dark circles.
