Morning: Infused water is the next big thing that is going to be very popular and is healthy. It keeps you hydrated and fresh throughout the day. You will certainly need this during summer. Breakfast: Don’t feel like making a fancy breakfast? Go for a quick apple and cucumber smoothie. It is quick to make; it ‘s delicious, and it helps you lose weight. It also keeps your skin radiant and healthy. Weight loss, digestion, hydration are some of the health benefits of cucumbers. So make sure you include it in your diet.

Lunch: Have a protein-rich lunch with this vegan stir-fried tofu with vegetables recipe. It helps reduce the bad cholesterol and also helps keep cancer at bay.

Snacks: We know you’re in a fancy food mood at snack time. Have this easy-to-make and healthy Italian garbanzo salad for snacks today. It’s gluten-free and low in calories too.

Dinner: Go for a simple and healthy lauki moong dal along with brown rice for dinner. Why brown rice you wonder? It is good for the nervous system, prevents diabetes and brown rice has many health benefits.

Exercises

Home: Some squats, lunges and leg raises are what you need to do to get toned thighs this week. These exercises are easy, and you will definitely see positive results if you do them consistently.

Gym: Work on your posture and strength at the gym today. Try variations of the deadlift to build a strong and sculpted physique.

Yoga: The Vasishtasana or sage pose, which is dedicated to the sage Vasisht, helps you lose belly fat. It also improves your sense of balance and flexibility. Try this pose out today.

Sleep: Technology will help you fall asleep better. No, we are not talking about surfing the internet at night to fall asleep. But your smartphone will definitely help you sleep better. Download one or few apps that will help you sleep better.
