Following a specific routine on a daily basis that involves going to the gym along with working five to six days a week can become boring and monotonous after a while. This is because working 9 hours a day and then exercising and eating healthy leaves little or no time for other activities. If you have been finding that your workout sessions have become monotonous, just give TRX training a try. TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise and uses gravity and your body weight to perform a number of exercises. A suspension strap is used that you can hang anywhere in your gym to perform a wide range of exercises to target both, your upper and lower body. Also Read - Your stubborn belly fat isn't going away?
