Since you have been following this fitness programme for over two months now, do not think that it is okay to skip a day or two. It’s important that you consciously keep reminding yourself not to skip your fitness routine. Do not stress about anything. Take a deep breath and get on with your work. Morning: A glass of freshly squeezed juice is exactly what you need in the morning. You can have a glass of fresh bitter gourd, neem or beetroot juice to start your morning with a bang.
